Financing Options

We offer patient financing through Credit Medical and Medicard.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, certified cheques and Interac debit cards.

• No financing plans offered through establishment.
• Quotes will only be given after seen in consultation by Dr. Haywood.
• Quotes are only valid for 6 months.
• All payment for any surgical procedure is due 2-3 weeks prior to surgical date.
• If not paid 2-3 weeks prior any procedure will be cancelled.
• We require a non-refundable $500.00 booking deposit if you would like to book your date for cosmetic/elective surgery.
